FAST adjusts service to Cross Creek Mall starting Nov. 28

Passengers will be shuttled to Cross Creek Mall from Campground Road. 

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - Each holiday season, Fayetteville Area System of Transit (FAST) services to Cross Creek Mall are re-routed due to heavy mall traffic during peak periods. This will be in effect every weekend, Friday through Sunday, starting Nov. 28 and through Dec. 21. 

Routes six, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and West Fayetteville Express One will be affected by this change. 

FAST’s holiday shuttle operation will transfer passengers in a FAST shuttle from a designated stop on Campground Road near Lowe’s Home Improvement Store to Cross Creek Mall.  Passengers returning will also take the shuttle back to Campground Road, where they can connect to their outbound route. 

Passengers are advised to plan accordingly for alternative routes and allow for additional travel time to and from destinations. Passengers can track buses in real-time by downloading the TRANSLOC app.
