Death Investigation

(Fayetteville, NC) – On December 15, 2025, at approximately 8:20 a.m., officers with the Fayetteville Police Department responded to the 3900 block of Bragg Blvd for a report of a suspicious death.

When officers and Emergency Medical Personnel arrived on scene, they located a deceased white female that appears to be living in the wood line behind this location. The decedent’s identity is being withheld until the next-of-kin is identified and notified.

The circumstances surrounding the individual’s death is actively under investigation by members of the Fayetteville Police Departments Homicide Unit. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
