Please follow the instructions and provide us with correct information so we can handle your needs efficiently. You will receive a work order number by e-mail once your order has been processed.

You have the option of submitting service requests anonymously, but this may mean that the service request cannot be completed. There are some instances where City staff may need to contact the person making the request to clarify and gather more information in order for the City to fulfill the service request.
