Rental Fees and Usage Charges

*Plan reservation times carefully: An expedited rental fee of $100 will be charged for any facility rental contract executed within 48 hours of the event. Fees do not include extra time for set up and breakdown. Extra fees may apply for last minute rental time changes.

Rates are subject to change to reflect current fee schedule.

Park Rentals

Rental Fees
All Rentals (for non-residents) Double resident fees, plus applicable deposit
All Rentals (for profit organizations) Double non-profit fees, plus applicable deposit.
Ball Field Rental $195 per day, plus $250 deposit (includes field prep, lights and site supervision)

$40 (up to 4 hours), $55 (per day), plus $100 deposit (does not include field prep, lights or site supervision).

$25 per hour for field lights
Clark Park Camping Fees (organized groups) $1 per person per night, $25 minimum
Cross Creek Park $100 (1-4 hours), $25 each additional hour (per side)
Family Campsite $10 per night
Lamon Street Park Complex $550 per day, plus $250 deposit
Mazarick Building $75 (1-4 hours), $25 each additional hour, plus $200 deposit. *Please reference planning notes at the top of the page*
Mobile Stage (Small) or Bleachers $400 per calendar day, plus $500 deposit
Mobile Stage (Large) $500 per calendar day, plus $500 deposit
Outdoor Basketball Court $35 (1-4 hours); $50 (over 4 hours), plus $100 deposit
Tokay Park Complex $575 per day, plus $250 deposit
Track - Reid Ross $500 per day, plus $250 deposit

Splash Pad Rental

  • Resident: $75 for 60-minute rental outside of operational hours (8-9 am or 9-10 am only)
  • Non-Resident: $150 for 60-minute rental outside of operational hours (8-9 am or 9-10 am only)

  • Resident, Non-Profit: $35 (1-4 hours), $50 over 4 hours, $150 deposit, plus $175 if lights are requested
  • Non-Resident, Non-Profit: $70 (1-4 hours), $100 over 4 hours, $150 deposit, plus $350 if lights are requested
