Note:

Customers can purchase bulk passes with a business check payable to the City of Fayetteville.
Children under 6 years of age - Free when accompanied by fare paying adult.
City Employees - Free with presentation of City Employee Identification Card.

The above passes may be purchased at the FAST Transit Center, 505 Franklin Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301.

All sales are final.

We do not accept bills larger than $20.

FAST Discount ID

Passengers may be eligible for a FAST Discount ID card if through age, illness, injury or congenital malfunction, the passenger is unable to utilize public transportation facilities and services as effectively as persons who are not so affected. To apply for a FAST Discount ID card, please bring your completed application, along with proof of eligibility, to the FAST Transit Center (FTC) located at 505 Franklin Street. Acceptable proof of eligibility includes a Medicare Card, Veterans Service Connected Health ID Card, or valid government ID.

Our goal is to help teens get to school, jobs, parks, movies, museums and anywhere else they need to go in the Fayetteville area while building a new generation of transit users. Youth 18 and under can ride at a discounted rate by presenting their FAST Discount ID card to the operator when boarding.

Student Semester Pass Program

FAST is excited to offer the Student Semester Pass to students enrolled at Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC), Fayetteville State University (FSU), Methodist University (MU), and Miller-Motte College (MMC) using our mobile ticketing app, Token Transit.

The Student Semesters Pass is only $55 for the Fall and Spring semester and $40 for the Summer. This pass offers students unlimited rides within the FAST service area. A valid Student ID must be presented to the Operator when boarding.

Purchase Passes at Carlie C's

Fayetteville Area System of Transit (FAST) bus riders can now take advantage of added convenience while shopping for groceries at four Fayetteville Carlie C's stores. Riders can purchase FAST bus passes at the Eutaw Village, Cedar Creek, Bordeaux and Reilly Road Carlie C's locations.

Passes can be purchased at Carlie C's customer service centers: 30-day unlimited rides ($40.00), 30-day discounted passes for elderly and disabled individuals ($17.00), 30-day unlimited rides for students ($30.00) and FASTTRAC! (ADA) 20-ride passes ($35.00).
