Pedestrian Fatality

(Fayetteville, NC) – On November 14, 2025, at approximately 8:03 p.m., officers responded to a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle in the area of 71st School Road. Medical personnel arrived and provided medical attention to the victim. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased on scene. The driver of the motor vehicle fled the scene and currently has not been located.

The identity of the deceased is being withheld until next of kin is located and notified.

71st School Road between Wright Street and Media Drive is currently closed to traffic. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and utilize an alternate route. Additional information will be release as it becomes available.
