The following roadways meet the Residential Traffic Management Program (RTMP) speed and volume criteria. The RTMP requires that the "affected area" of the community to support speed hump improvement(s) by execution of a petition. The installation of a speed hump may have negative impacts on emergency response time within your community.
A successful petition confirms that the majority (70%) of property owners/residents are in agreement to have a speed hump on the named street. Speed hump placement requires 100% agreement by adjacent households.
