FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - The Fayetteville Fire and Police Department will host their second annualcharity softball game on Oct. 25 at Segra Stadium, 460 Hay Street. Gates will open at 5 p.m. Tickets are $5, and children under 15 years of age will be admitted free of charge.
Ticket sales from the game will be divided and go towards the Fayetteville Firefighter Benevolent Association, the Fayetteville Police Foundation and the North Carolina’s Special Olympics.
Following the softball game, attendees are invited to stay for a family movie night featuring the film Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire presented by Operation Ceasefire. The movie will be shown on the big screen at 8 p.m., and admission is free for all guests. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets to stay warm during the movie.
Concessions will be available during the game and movie.
Tickets can be purchased online or at the gate.
