Arrest of Wanted Suspect Leads to Narcotics Investigation

Arrest of Wanted Suspect Leads to Narcotics Investigation
(Fayetteville, NC) – On September 9, 2025, a Fayetteville Police Officer’s received information on a wanted person at a hotel along the 3100 block of Bordeaux Park Drive leading to an arrest and a narcotics investigation.
Officers responded to a hotel along the 3100 block of Bordeaux Park Drive reference a wanted person. The wanted person was identified as David Kaiser (white male, 51 years of age) of Fayetteville, NC with an active order for his arrest for Manufacturing Cocaine. Officers responded to the hotel and confirmed Kaiser’s location. Kaiser was taken into custody without incident and the order for his arrest was served.
During the execution of a search warrant in Kaiser’s hotel room, 22.4 grams of Cocaine was seized along with drug paraphernalia. During the investigation officers obtained additional information leading to a hotel along the 1900 block of Skibo.

David Kaiser
Kaiser was also charged with Possession and Manufacturing of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Maintaining a Dwelling for Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
David Kaiser is currently being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $30,000.00 secured bond.
On September 12, 2025, officers conducted a follow-up narcotics investigation at the hotel located along the 1900 block of Skibo Road. Officers conducted investigative surveillance that led to the arrest of Jerome Jones Jr. (black male, 35 years of age) of Fayetteville, NC, Linwood D. Rich Jr. (black male, 25 years of age) of Roseboro, NC, Katelyn D. Fore (black female, 31 years of age) of Autryville, NC, and Hailey S. Baker (white female, 31 years of age) of Fayetteville, NC.
The investigation led to the seizure of:
- 823 grams of Fentanyl
- 814 grams of marijuana
- 85 grams of cocaine, methamphetamine, and hydraulic press
- $53,881.00 in U.S. currency


Jerome Jones Jr.
Jerome Jones Jr. was arrested and charged with Trafficking Opium or Heroin Possession, Trafficking Opium or Heroin Manufacturing, Trafficking Opium or Heroin Transporting, Trafficking in Cocaine Possession, Possession with Intent to Sale Deliver Marijuana, and Possession with Intent to Manufacture Sale Deliver Methamphetamine. Jerome Jones received a $50,000.00 secured bond. Jones posted his bond and has been released from the Cumberland County Detention Center.

Linwood D. Rich Jr.
Linwood D. Rich Jr. was arrested and charged with Trafficking Opium or Heroin Possession, Trafficking Opium or Heroin Manufacturing, Trafficking Opium or Heroin Transporting, Trafficking in Cocaine Possession, Possession with Intent to Sale Deliver Marijuana, and Possession with Intent to Manufacture Sale Deliver Methamphetamine. Linwood Rich is currently being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $152,000.00 secured bond.

Katelyn Fore
Katelyn Fore was arrested and charged with Felony Possession of Schedule II Narcotics and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Felony Possession Controlled Substance Prison/Jail Premise, and Possession Schedule 2 Controlled Substance. Katelyn Fore is currently being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $29,000.00 secured bond.

Hailey S. Baker
Hailey S. Baker was arrested and charged with Felony Possession of Schedule II Narcotics and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hailey Baker is currently being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $5,000.00 secured bond.
