The City of Fayetteville Development Center is designed to assist you with your residential and commercial project needs. The center is equipped with computer customer kiosks for direct assistance from staff related to your project questions. Our goal is to provide the support and resources necessary for a smooth and efficient experience in your development process.
Computer stations (kiosks) are available on-site for public use in relation to your project.
Staff is available to assist with your account registration, project creation, document uploads, and to facilitate your project related questions.
E-Development Portal and permitting process training is available to the public and can be coordinated for your organization. The training is facilitated by the Development Center Manager and is tailored to your needs.
Training video resources can also be located on the E-Development portal under the Training Resources Tab.
