Permit Applications
According to North Carolina General Statute Chapter 87 and North Carolina Administrative Code NCAC 21, licensed contractors or their bona fide employee must sign the permit application. Applications signed by real estate agents, permit expeditors, or anyone else will result in the permit being voided and possible legal action.
