The Can-Do CORE (Corridor Opportunity Revitalization for Exteriors) Grant Program provides matching grant assistance to business owners and commercial property owners undertaking smaller-scale redevelopment projects within the City of Fayetteville’s Council Priority Redevelopment Areas. The program is designed to encourage private investment, revitalize aging commercial properties, eliminate blight, improve corridor appearance, and strengthen neighborhood business districts. Grant awards range from $1,000 to $7,500. Applications must be approved before any work begins.
