The Police Activities League (PAL) Program connects Fayetteville Police Department officers with local youth through mentorship, athletics, education, and community engagement. By creating positive interactions in a supportive, non-enforcement environment, PAL helps build trust while encouraging leadership, confidence, teamwork, and personal growth.
PAL offers year-round Boxing and Jiu-Jitsu programs, along with seasonal camps, life skills programs, community events, and special initiatives such as Shop with a Cop and a USA Boxing-sanctioned tournament. Through the dedication of volunteer officers, professional staff, and community partners, PAL provides meaningful opportunities that inspire youth, strengthen community relationships, and invest in the future of Fayetteville.
