Multi-Agency Task Force Executes Federal Narcotic Search Warrants-Leads to Arrests
(Fayetteville, NC) – On October 30, 2025, three federal search warrants were executed in the Fayetteville area based upon a collaborative drug trafficking investigation involving the Fayetteville Police Department, Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office, Hope Mills Police Department, North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NC DAC) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
On October 30, 2025, the collaborative multi agency drug trafficking investigation resulted in the execution of Federal Search Warrants along the 2500 block of Nobie Street Fayetteville, N.C., the 2500 block of Previs Road Fayetteville, N.C., and Windtree Road in Lumber Bridge.
Roland Jeromey Snoke (White male, 43 years of age) of Fayetteville, N.C. was federally charged in a criminal complaint for distribution of methamphetamine and arrested. Snoke is currently being held in the Robeson County Detention Center pending transfer into federal custody.
Bennie Malcolm Keisler Jr. (White male, 43 years of age) of Fayetteville, N.C. was arrested by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Possession of Firearm by Felon, Trafficking in Methamphetamine by Possession, Trafficking in Methamphetamine by Manufacture, and Maintaining a Dwelling for the Purpose of Keeping and Selling a Controlled Substance.
Keisler Jr. is currently being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $265,000 secured bond.
The search warrants resulted in the seizure of methamphetamine, Xanax, oxycodone, crack cocaine, fentanyl, and four firearms.
This collaborative task force investigation highlights the proactive efforts to combat drug trafficking by leveraging the resources of federal, state, and local agencies. The Fayetteville Police Department is committed to strengthening our partnerships to keep our community safe.
This investigation is being prosecuted by the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of North Carolina. This is an active investigation. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
