Suspect Arrested for Secret Peeping at Cross Creek Mall
(Fayetteville, NC) – On October 24, 2025, officers with the Fayetteville Police Department responded to Cross Creek Mall for reports of secret peeping involving a juvenile victim in a department store fitting room.
The Fayetteville Police Departments Youth Services/Special Victims Unit assumed the investigation. Detectives identified the offender as Gabriel Alejandro Ceville (Black male, 30 years of age) of Fort Bragg, N.C.
On November 8, 2025, Detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department's Special Victim's Unit obtained a warrant for the arrest of Ceville for Felony Secret Peeping.
On November 11, 2025, Ceville was taken into custody without incident. Ceville is currently being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $20,000 secured bond.
