All suspects, and persons charged with a crime, are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Persons of interest are believed to have information relating to a case, and have not been charged unless stated otherwise.

 

Update – Public’s Assistance Leads to Arrest of Robbery Suspect

(Fayetteville, NC) – On October 3, 2025, Detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons Unit requested the public’s assistance identifying a subject involved in a personal robbery along the 3000 block of Blockade Runner Drive.

Thanks to tips and information from the public, the suspect was identified as Uzziah Reillo (Black male, 19 years of age) of Fayetteville, NC.

On October 7, 2025, Crimes Against Persons Detectives obtained warrants for Reillo’s arrest on the following charges: Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Misdemeanor Larceny, and Possession of Stolen Goods (2 counts).

On October 9, 2025, while appearing at the Cumberland County Courthouse for an unrelated case, Reillo was taken into custody without incident by Deputies of the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.

Uzziah Reillo is currently being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center under an 80,000.00 secure bond.

Detectives Seek Public’s Assistance Identifying Subject in a Robbery

(Fayetteville, NC) – Detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department’s Crime Against Person’s Unit are requesting the public’s assistance identifying the subject in the photographs below that was involved in a personal robbery along the 3000 block of Blockade Runner Drive.

On September 23, 2025, at approximately 7:16 pm officers were dispatched to the 3000 block of Blockade Runner Drive in reference to a personal robbery that had just occurred. Officers arrived on scene and made contact with a juvenile victim. The suspect in the photographs below acted as if he was going to pull a weapon out on the juvenile victim and stole the victim’s black and red BMX bike. 

The suspect was described as a young black male, wearing a Fayetteville Buccaneers Youth Football Organization football jersey displaying the number 13, pajama pants and a black backpack.
