Resident Participation Meeting: 2026-27 Annual Action Plan

It's that time of year again! A time when ECD is seeking public input for the 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan. This will help the department design programs and services offered by the Community Development Block Grant for residents in our communities. Community members will have multiple opportunities to provide input.

Four public meetings will be held on the following dates and locations:

• Massey Hill Recreation Center, February 11, 2026, at 6 PM
• Smith Recreation Center, February 19, 2026, at 6 PM
• Westover Recreation Center, February 25, 2026, at 6:30 PM
• EE Miller Recreation Center, March 5, 2026, at 7 PM

A public meeting held by the Fayetteville Redevelopment Commission is scheduled for April 1, 2026. The public meeting will be held at Festival Park Plaza at 225 Ray Avenue, Suite 122, from 2 PM until 3 PM. Interested residents are encouraged to attend.
