SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

Please be advised that the Fayetteville City Council will hold a Special Meeting beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 23, 2026. The meeting to take place in the St. Avold Conference Room, Third Floor City Hall, 433 Hay Street, Fayetteville, NC, to discuss the following:

The purpose of the special meeting is to conduct a closed session to consult with an attorney to protect the attorney-client privilege pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143 318.11(a)(3).

This notice is forwarded to you in compliance with your request on file in this office and with N.C.G.S. § 143‑318.12 and Section 2‑2 of the Code of the City of Fayetteville.
