Fayetteville seeks feedback on Development Review Process

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — The City of Fayetteville is calling on contractors, developers, architects, engineers, property owners, homeowners and other community members who interact with the City's development review process to participate in an important improvement initiative and share their experiences directly.
The City has retained BerryDunn (Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker, LLC) to conduct a comprehensive assessment of its development review process, which encompasses site plan review through the Technical Review Committee, building and related construction permitting, and construction inspections.
The project aims to assess the City's current procedures and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen communication, improve the overall customer experience and align improvements with department and City goals.
