SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

Please be advised that the Personnel Review Board will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 @ 5:30 pm in the Lafayette Room at City Hall, 433 Hay Street Fayetteville NC, 28301. The purpose of the meeting is:

I. CALL GENERAL (OPEN) SESSION TO ORDER

II. APPROVE MINUTES OF PRIOR MEETING

III. MOTION TO ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF HEARING AN EMPLOYEE’S POST TERMINATION APPEAL

IV. CHAIRPERSON ACCEPTS MOTION AND ENTERS EXECUTIVE (CLOSED) SESSION

V. CONCLUDE HEARING, ENTER DELIBERATIONS

VI. END DELIBERATIONS, CLOSE EXECUTIVE SESSION

VII. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION

VIII. ADJOURN THE MEETING
