City taps construction contractor for Fire Station no. 4

Fayetteville City Council voted Monday to negotiate a contract with Samet Corporation as the construction manager for Fire Station No. 4. Selecting a construction manager reflects the City’s strong efforts to complete the station, which broke ground in 2022.
