9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)

The City of Fayetteville partners with developers pursuing competitive 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits by providing HOME gap financing for eligible affordable rental housing developments. This funding helps strengthen competitive applications and supports the creation of high-quality, long-term affordable housing that addresses local housing needs.

4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)

CHDOs combine community-driven missions with development expertise, making them valuable partners in building, rehabilitating, and preserving affordable housing while leveraging HOME Investment Partnerships Program funding.
