The City is seeking sealed bids from qualified, licensed general contractors to renovate the existing Solid Waste Building. Work includes a new women's locker room, renovation of the men's locker room and break room, and related architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety improvements. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision.
