Trent is charged with Repeated Telephone Calls to Harass (Class 2 misdemeanor punishable by 1 – 60 days in jail if committed by an adult), Repeated Use of Electronic Mail or Communication to Harass (Class 2 misdemeanor punishable by 1 – 60 days in jail) and Misdemeanor Stalking (Class A1 misdemeanor punishable by 1 – 150 days in jail if committed by an adult). Hannah may also be eligible to obtain a No Contact Order as a bond release condition.
